Yesterday Andreas competed in Ironman 70.3 Mallorca in Alcudia. He knew his calves were bad. But he thought he could keep it together unting the run. Had to quit already on the bike. He was dissappointed. But mostly pissed of because he did an ”Ironman-hair cut” and now claims his hair is ugly. Haha.
Anyway, we took the car to Alcanada to talk through things. A good talk.
With focus and more training he will have a good year, we’re both sure. We just need to find a balance with everything.
