Small ceremony in Alcanada - Lisa and Mathias
Last week I photographed my first May wedding this year. I have four more in different places. But yesterday it was Lisa and Mathias who tied the knot after eight years and a little Erik together.
The sky was heavy with rain but Alcanada was just as beautiful as ever when Mathias waited for Lisa with the sea as a backdrop. It was so beautiful when the groom could not hold back the tears and as always I had to hide my trembeling lower lip behind the camera... haha.
Andreas and I arrived 40 minutes early and that was great because the priest wanted to start asap to get away from the rain. So we just jumped out of the car and picked out the cameras.
Luckily we just got a sprinkle of rain but we worked fast due to the wind as well. Rainy or not, I loved the photos. The soft colours and the dramatic sky. And the love between the two could not be missed by anyone.
Here are some preview pics. They are work in progress and I will finish and all and deliver them to the newly weds as soon as possible.
Anyways, it was so much fun and I'm looking forward to shoot my next wedding in Cala Mesquida.
Thank you Lisa and Mathias for choosing me as your wedding photographer in Mallorca!
Good morning, my daughter has decided she wants to get married next may/June at la terrazza Aucanada. Our children spent a lot of time in Alcudia as we had a family home there and holds lots of memories for us all, Aucanada was my dad’s favourite place to chill with a nice Gin and tonic. We need help booking everything, we understand they will need a legal ceremony in the uk and poss a blessing in Mallorca. We are looking for a photographer and advice on how we get someone to do the legal paper work, ceremony, will only be a small wedding of approximately 12 people.
